Return requests must normally be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Items
Special-order products, clearance items, opened software and goods damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Business Customers
As a wholesale supplier, returns are handled in line with agreed trade terms and applicable UK business laws.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please report faulty, damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs or inspection may be required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
